Reservation policy

- check in from 2 p.m .

- check out till 11:00 a.m.

- PLEASE DON'T SMOKE - we do not allow smoking cigarettes and other tobacco products in our cottage - breaking this prohibition means that you agree to cover the costs of dearomatization of the room in the amount of 1000 PLN

- PETS ARE WELCOMED - You want to take your pet with you? No problem! The price for a pet's stay is 30 PLN/ per day. Please remember that if you bring your pet, you are fully responsible for it and you have to clean up after it.

- PLEASE RESPECT THE LIGHTS-OUT PERIOD - our neighbours are wonderful people, always willing to borrow some coffee, tea or beer :) You will definitely get along with them, as long as respect the lights-out period, which is in force in the resort from 10 p.m. till 7 a.m.

- WE TAKE DEPOSIT - Of course, we believe that you will take care of our house as if it were your own, but, we all agree that various things happen some time.  That is why on the day of your arrival you will be charged a deposit of 300 PLN.  The deposit is returned on the day of check-out, after checking the technical condition and equipment of the cottage.

Booking and cancellation conditions
 

- The minimum stay in the high season ( July, August)  is 7 days, in low season (May, June, September) min. 3 days

- After making a reservation through the website and receiving booking confirmation, you are obliged to pay an advance of 30% of the total cost of your stay, as specified in the booking confirmation

- Remaining amount (70%) and a deposit of 300 PLN can be paid in cash on arrival.

-In case of cancellation of arrival we do not refund the booking fee

Cottage equipment
The cottage is designed for 4 people (an extra bed is possible in the form of a travel cot for a child) and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a 12m2 covered terrace.
